All sales are final on Custom or Sale items. No refunds on acrylic templates, custom orders, or laser cut fabric.
All precut fabrics/appliqué pieces that are not in stock at time of your purchase may be substituted with similar items of possibly another close color and comparable value that is currently in stock and are not returnable if the colors in the "mystery" packages are not suitable for your project.
Templates for "lining or interfacing" pattern pieces may be received in a different color at the time of shipping and may not necessarily be the same color as indicated in the picture.
Exchanges for corrections for "faulty", "damaged" or "different than the item" that was purchased from the order may be returned only within seven (7) days of receipt of confirmation of the order as a credit with no monetary funds being returned and return shipping being the responsibility of the Purchaser. Item(s) cannot be exchanged for any other reason. Return of "faulty", "damaged" or "different than the item" is the responsibility of the Purchaser and no exchange will be made or sent out until the original item is received from the Purchaser.
Note:
"Faulty" means the incorrect piece shipped, and does not include scratched, marked or appearance "not new". Acrylic may have scratches, marks or not appear as "new" due to manufacturing, shipping, laser cutting and do not affect the cutting shape.
"Broken" means the template pieces broken and non-useable;
"different that the described item" means the same shape item but in a different or similar color.
In case of broken or missing merchandise, please contact the Seller at sewclever4you@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order and every attempt will be made to resolve issues. If an investigation with Canada Post is required to remedy the situation, the Seller will contact Canada Post to start an investigation. An investigation can take up to ten (10) business days (or longer) to start the process. The purchaser will be contacted directly from Canada Post via the Purchaser's email address. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide the requested information from Canada Post in a timely manner (within their required response timeline) to continue the investigation.
The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs of "broken" item(s) back to the Seller at the mailing address of 233 Lee Ridge Road NW, Edmonton, AB, Canada T6K 0N2. The Purchaser is also responsible for shipping costs for the replaced "broken" item(s) to be returned to the Purchaser. Broken items cannot be exchanged for any other pieces, unless agreed upon by both parties and an exchange with an equal item of same cost, or if the item(s) are/is to be exchanged with a greater cost item(s), the Purchaser will be charged the difference between the exchanged item(s) and will agree to pay the price difference for the item(s) in full, including postage prior to shipping.
If Canada Post's investigation is not the preferred remedy for resolution, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to return the broken item(s) to the Seller, and once received, the replacement item(s) will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days (at the Purchaser's expense).
